SEMPA “One Step Further” Award

Purpose

SEMPA and Rosh Review have teamed up to offer the One Step Further Award that recognizes an emergency medicine physician assistant who advances the profession and themselves. Given to a SEMPA EMPA member who exhibits dedication to learning and self-improvement, who has a proven record of going “one step further” to advance themselves and the EMPA profession. This award is to be used for education or leadership development such as SEMPA 360, the SEMPA Ultrasound Course or SEMPA Procedures Course.

Application Process

• Single letter of recommendation from a supervisor or supervising physician

• Current CV
• Completed One Step Further Award application form

• Personal statement describing how the applicant demonstrates the above and how they will use the award, if chosen

Outstanding application and letter of support that demonstrates commitment to the idea of “one step further” for self-learning and improvement of your healthcare community.
